Changes to One Card Services
One Card Portal Changes
As of July 1, 2025, how you access some services provided by the Wolfpack One Card Office has changed. The previous One Card online portal has been replaced by the new One Card GET online portal and mobile app, available for both Android and iOS. In addition, some features previously provided by the GET online portal for meal plan signups, changes, and cancellations have moved to the University Housing portal.

- To access One Card services using the GET online portal, login with your browser.
- To access One Card services via the mobile app, download and open the app for Android or iOS, and you will be prompted to login.
Changes to Managing your All Campus Account
Depositing Funds to Your All Campus Account
- Deposits to your All Campus account made on or before June 30, 2025, through the previous One Card online portal will be honored once they clear the associated credit or debit card.
- Moving forward deposits can be made using the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
Setting up Automatic Deposits to Your All Campus Account
- Automatic deposits to set up on the previous One Card online portal will end on June 30, 2025, and will not transfer to the new portal.
- To setup automatic deposits to your All Campus account:
- In the online portal select “Settings” in the upper right, then under “Automatic Deposit Settings” follow the prompts.
- On the mobile app, select the “Accounts” tab at the bottom, then select “Auto Deposits” and follow the prompts.
Ask for Funds
- Any requests for All Campus funds sent on or before June 30, 2025, will no longer function.
- To ask for All Campus funds moving forward, (e.g. from a parent or guardian), use the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
Payroll Deduction for All Campus Account
- Any requests for payroll deduction changes made on the previous One Card online portal on or before June 30, 2025, will be processed normally. Existing payroll deductions will continue without interruption.
- To request or manage payroll deduction for your All Campus account:
- In the online portal under “Quick Links” select “Sign up for Payroll Deduction” and follow the prompts.
- On the mobile app, select the “Settings” tab at the bottom, then select “Purchase Meal Plan”, and select a payroll deduction amount.
All Campus Balance Refunds
- Requests for a refund of an All Campus account balance submitted on or before June 30, 2025, will be processed normally.
- Moving forward, these requests may be submitted through the All Campus Account Balance Refund Form. If you are unable to login with your unityID to place this request, please contact the Wolfpack One Card office.
- Only balances greater than $10 can be refunded.
Changes to Managing your Meal Plan Account
Sign up, Change or Cancel Your Meal Plan
- Moving forward, all changes to your meal plan must be made through the University Housing online portal.
- Prior to the start of the semester, you may change your meal plan selection at any time using the portal.
- After the semester has started, you may make one change to your meal plan selection prior to the semester’s meal plan signup deadline.
Purchasing Additional Dining Dollars
- Any purchases of Dining Dollars made on or before June 30, 2025, will be processed and billed normally.
- To purchase additional Dining Dollars moving forward, use the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
Ask for Funds
- Any requests for additional Dining Dollars funds sent on or before June 30, 2025, will no longer function.
- To ask for additional Dining Dollars moving forward, (e.g. from a parent or guardian), use the One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
Other One Card Services
Viewing Transactions
- Transactions against your Meal Plan, Dining Dollars, or All Campus account, can be viewed through the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
Report a Lost One Card
- One Cards reported lost on or before June 30, 2025, will be processed appropriately.
- Moving forward, a lost or stolen One Card can be reported using the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
Request a Distance Education ID Card
- Distance Education ID card requests placed on or before June 30, 2025, will be processed normally.
- Moving forward, these requests may be submitted through the Distance Education ID Card Request Form.
Granting Guest Access
- Guest access to your account information provided by the previous One Card online portal will end on June 30, 2025.
Low Balance Alerts
- Low balance alerts for your All Campus account or Dining Dollars balance which were set up on the previous One Card online portal will end on June 30, 2025, and will not transfer to the new portal.
