Changes to One Card Services
One Card Portal Transition
As of July 1, 2025, access to services provided by the Wolfpack One Card Office has changed. The previous One Card online portal has been replaced by the new One Card GET online portal and mobile app, available for both Android and iOS.

Managing Your All Campus Account
Your All Campus account can be managed using the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app. Here are some features which are affected by recent changes to our systems.
- Deposit Funds
- Deposits made on or before June 30, 2025, through the previous One Card online portal will be honored once they clear the associated credit or debit card.
- Starting July 1, 2025, to make deposits to your All Campus account, log in to the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app, and select “Add Funds”.
- Setup Automatic Deposits
- Automatic deposits set up on the previous One Card online portal will end on June 30, 2025 and will not transfer to the new portal.
- Automatic deposits can now be set up in the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app by going to the settings page.
- Ask for Funds
- Any requests for All Campus funds sent on or before June 30, 2025 will no longer function for making deposits.
- To ask for funds moving forward, (e.g. from a parent or guardian), use the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app to send a request from your account.
- All Campus Balance Refunds
- Requests for a refund of an All Campus account balance submitted on or before June 30, 2025, will be processed normally.
- Starting July 14, 2025, these requests may be submitted through the All Campus Account Balance Refund Form.
- View Transactions
- All Campus account transactions can be viewed through the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
- Low Balance Alerts
- Low balance alerts for your All Campus account set up on the previous One Card online portal will end on June 30, 2025, and will not transfer to the new portal.
- This feature will be available soon in the new One Card GET online portal and mobile app.
- Grant or Revoke Guest Access
- Guest access to your account information provided by the previous One Card online portal will end on June 30, 2025.
- Payroll Deduction
- Any requests for payroll deduction changes made on the previous One Card online portal on or before June 30, 2025, will be processed normally. Existing payroll deductions will continue without interruption.
- Starting July 14, 2025, these requests may be submitted through the All Campus Account Payroll Deduction Form.
Managing Your Dining Dollars Account
- Purchase Additional Dining Dollars
- Any purchases of Dining Dollars made on or before June 30, 2025, will be processed and billed normally. Moving forward, purchases of additional Dining Dollars can be made through the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
- Ask for Funds
- Any requests for additional Dining Dollars sent on or before Jun 30, 2025 will no longer function for making deposits.
- To ask for additional Dining Dollars moving forward, (e.g. from a parent or guardian) use the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app to send a request from your account.
- View Transactions
- Dining Dollar (Meal Plan) transactions can be viewed through the new One Card GET online portal and mobile app.
- Low Balance Alerts
- Low balance alerts for your Dining Dollar account set up on the previous One Card online portal will end on June 30, 2025, and will not transfer to the new portal.
- This feature will be available soon in the new One Card GET online portal and mobile app.

- Guest access to your account information provided by the previous One Card online portal will end on June 30, 2025.
Managing Your Meal Plan
- Signup, Change or Cancel Your Meal Plan
- All changes to your meal plan must be made through University Housing’s online portal.
- Prior to the start of the semester, you may change your meal plan selection at any time using the portal.
- After the semester has started, students are allowed one change to their meal plan selection prior to the semester’s meal plan signup deadline.
- All changes to your meal plan must be made through University Housing’s online portal.
Other Card Services
- Report a Lost One Card
- One Cards reported lost on or before June 30, 2025 will be processed appropriately.
- Moving forward, lost or stolen One Cards can be reported using the new One Card GET online portal or mobile app.
- Request a Distance Education ID Card
- Distance Education ID card requests placed on or before June 30, 2025 will be processed normally.
- Starting July 14, 2025, these requests may be submitted through the Distance Education ID Card Request Form.
